About Me

Hi!  My name is Stacey Jamerson.  2010-2011 will mark my fifth year as a kindergarten teacher.  This is also my fourth year in Woburn.  I attended Boston University as an undergrad.  I graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2006 with a BS in Early Childhood Education.  I am currently pursuing my Master’s Degree at University of Massachusetts Lowell in the field of Reading and Language.  I am very interested in and passionate about the development of literacy in young children.  In Kindergarten we work hard all year to advance our reading and language skills- and we have fun at the same time.
In 2006 I married my husband John.  During the summer of 2009, we moved into our first house in Tyngsboro!  To top of the crazy summer, John and I welcomed twin boys, Connor James and Colby John, into the world on July 19th.  The boys were 3 months premature and we were saddened to lose Connor at only two days old.  Colby thrived in the NICU and came home in November 2009.  Now Colby is a happy, healthy, and lively one-year-old.  He is the light of our lives!
